Heylen Warehouses and Borghese Logistics have launched the V-Port Logistic Campus 21 project in Vlissingen, a leading logistics development spanning 188,000m² on a site of over 27 hectares, that will set a new benchmark in sustainable logistics infrastructure in Europe.
The development consists of two complexes divided into flexible units starting from 8,000m² of warehouse space. Construction can begin soon after agreement, as the building/environmental permit has already been granted.
Thanks to its location on the Westerschelde and excellent connections by road, rail, and inland shipping, V-Port Logistic Campus 21 offers direct access to Europe’s key logistics corridors. Within a 500-kilometre radius, a market of over 500 million consumers is accessible.
The site is designed with a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency, including:
- Facilities for hazardous goods/ADR and lithium-ion storage
- A maximum building height of 50 meters
- Flexible leasing of high-quality office space based on tenant needs
- Built-to-suit possibilities for the user
“With V-Port Logistic Campus 21, we combine scale, flexibility, and sustainability at a unique prime seaside location,” says Jordy Grundel, Business Development Manager at Heylen Warehouses. “This project is perfectly suited for companies aiming to future-proof their supply chain.”
The leasing of this project is managed by JLL, who invite interested parties for an introduction and site tour.
