Dow wins SDG Challenge

Team Dow has been awarded the Jury Award in the Soapbox SDG Challenge, an initiative that brings students and companies together to co-develop sustainable solutions.

The Soapbox SDG-Challenge is a program that unites students with businesses to work together on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, goals that are designed to combat climate change and inequality. The competition brings students from completely different fields of study together to creatively develop solutions to real-world sustainability issues.

Dow's entry – tackling the challenge of recycling complex plastics in the automotive sector, involving over ten different types of plastic – stood out to the jury and earned them this year's Jury Award.
