When a team stops talking, safety is the first thing to go

ZR Company designs and runs the days where that work actually gets done. Safety days, kick-offs, management team sessions, works council training and team programmes. We handle the whole thing: the programme, the venue, the catering, the specialist who leads the session, and the follow-up afterwards. One point of contact, and someone who is there on the day. We work in Dutch and in English, for Dutch operations and for international teams travelling to the Netherlands.
Why one day is rarely enough
Teams do not change because of a single session. They change when that session is followed up. So we build programmes rather than one-off events. An intake beforehand, so the day matches what is actually going on. The day itself. And a shorter follow-up session a few months later, once the daily routine has had its chance to win. It costs less than repeating the same day every year, and it is the reason our clients stay with us.

Our base is Zeeland. We know the venues, we visit every one of them before we propose it, and we can be on site within the hour. For companies in and around North Sea Port that means short lines, and no agency three hours away arranging your day over the phone.
